We've lived in Guadalupe Mountains National Park almost a month and I still haven't seen a javelina OR a poisonous snake of any kind. They tell me the snakes are hiding because it's still winter...but there's supposed to be javelinas everywhere! Especially around our brick ship!!! I will let you all know when i eventually see these guys. Because I'm not leaving this place until I do! We even went walking around Frijole Ranch one evening right before sunset, still nothing.
One of these days I tell ya!

Glacier National Park
We lived in Glacier National Park during the summers of 2011 and 2012. Bryce had been there even before we were married for 4 consecutive summers. All this means he knows alot about the park- especially St. Mary district.
As newlyweds, it was the perfect location for solidarity and adventure. I had never lived outside of my home state...and Bryce knew the area really well. He also knew many of the other returning rangers and other staff- which is extremely helpful in any new location, but especially in such a remote location.

New Blog!
Hey Guys!
Stasia, here. This blog is designed for tons of different reasons. First and foremost, we live in national parks, and our location changes with the season! So we're taking you along on our adventures. I will also have other blogs pertaining to crafting, sewing, possibly some cooking, product reviews, and my latest passion- Cloth Diapers! So make sure to check those out as well.
This blog will be a hybrid- of mostly videos, with the follow-up links or additional information back here on the block. I plan to show alot of videos and alot of pictures of our adventures, and my latest doings with the internal affairs of the Hummel home.
Thanks so much for stopping,
Please keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times.
